Front Desk Coordinator / Patient Concierge

Part-Time / Float Position (Potential Full-Time Opportunity)
Savannah, Georgia

Park Aesthetics is seeking a highly polished, fast-paced, and service-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is not a passive receptionist role.

We are looking for someone who thrives in high-performance environments, learns quickly, communicates exceptionally well, and genuinely enjoys creating elevated experiences for patients.

The ideal candidate is warm, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, technologically confident, and able to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-moving clinical setting.

This role will begin as a part-time / float position with strong potential for full-time placement as the practice continues to grow into fall/winter.

About Park

Park Aesthetics is a high-volume medical aesthetics practice specializing in advanced injectables, laser treatments, skin health, and full-face aesthetic planning.

Our environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, highly detail-driven, and deeply focused on patient experience.

We hold ourselves to a high standard — operationally, clinically, and professionally — and are looking for someone who naturally elevates the environment around them.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing scheduling, confirmations, and patient communication
  • Supporting front desk operations and overall clinic flow
  • Assisting with patient experience and hospitality throughout the visit
  • Navigating EMR systems, scheduling software, and internal platforms efficiently
  • Communicating clearly with providers, leadership, and patients
  • Maintaining organization and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Supporting operational tasks and team needs proactively throughout the day

The Right Person

You are:

  • Extremely personable and emotionally intelligent
  • Fast-moving and highly adaptable
  • Calm under pressure
  • Professional and polished in communication and appearance
  • Comfortable multitasking while maintaining attention to detail
  • Naturally proactive and helpful
  • Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems quickly
  • Able to anticipate needs rather than waiting to be told what to do
  • Energized by hospitality, patient care, and team environments

Preferred Experience

Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

  • Luxury hospitality
  • High-end dental or medical offices
  • Aesthetic clinics or plastic surgery practices
  • Concierge-style customer service environments
  • High-volume scheduling or front desk operations

Experience with EMR systems, scheduling platforms, and customer communication tools is strongly preferred.

This Role Is NOT Ideal For Someone Who:

  • Requires constant direction or supervision
  • Becomes overwhelmed easily in fast-paced environments
  • Struggles with technology or learning new systems
  • Prefers slow-paced or highly repetitive work
  • Has difficulty multitasking or prioritizing
  • Lacks professionalism, urgency, or follow-through

To Apply

Please submit:

  • Resume
  • LinkedIn profile (if applicable)
  • Desired pay range
  • Brief introduction explaining why you believe you would be a strong fit for this role
