Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Leadership

1. Master Construction Scheduling:
2. 1. Assist in developing and refining the overall Master Construction Schedule.
   2. Create and maintain short-term look-ahead schedules to guide project progress.
3. Constructability & Preconstruction:
4. 1. Contribute insights on constructability and preconstruction strategies.
   2. Collaborate with project teams and preconstruction personnel to enhance planning.
5. Site Utilization & Productivity:
6. 1. Implement and maintain an efficient site utilization plan to maximize workflow.
   2. Organize site logistics to drive productivity and operational efficiency.
7. Subcontractor and Foremen Coordination:
8. 1. Lead preconstruction meetings to align subcontractor foremen with project goals.
   2. Foster collaboration among trades to prevent conflicts and ensure smooth execution.
9. Quality Control & Inspection:
10. 1. Maintain and communicate the project’s quality control program.
    2. Coordinate and facilitate inspections with local inspectors and regulatory bodies.
11. Safety Management:
12. 1. Promote proactive safety practices and enforce safety programs.
    2. Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Field Operations & Logistics

1. Materials Handling:
2. 1. Oversee delivery schedules, laydown areas, and materials storage.
   2. Minimize disruptions and maintain site cleanliness and orderliness.
3. As-Built Documentation:
4. 1. Track field changes and update as-built documents for accurate project records.
5. Closeout & Training:
6. 1. Lead project closeout activities, including punch list management and end-user training.
   2. Ensure smooth handoff and final documentation for client satisfaction.

Leadership & Team Development

1. Field Engineer Coordination:
2. 1. Direct Eastern Builders' Field Engineers and collaborate with Project Engineers as required.
3. Mentorship and Team Building:
4. 1. Train and develop team members, emphasizing knowledge transfer and skill growth.
   2. Build a cohesive and future-ready team culture.
