Club Bartender

About the role

We are seeking the “best of the best” restaurant professionals who are passionate about food, elevated service, and beverage experiences.  Our Food & Beverage team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is currently looking for a motivated, creative, and attentive bartender for Club Bardo. In this role, you will work with a team of hospitality partners who are dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

What you'll do

• Gain insight into guests’ preferences through verbal and nonverbal cues
• Ensure high quality and consistency of the guest experience (details matter)
• Speak eloquently about the hotel, restaurant, and menu
• Collaborate and work cohesively with other team members
• Handle challenges with poise with positivity
• Maintain the ambiance and standards of the restaurant, hotel, and club at all times while on property
  
  

Qualifications

• Hard-working team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Passionate about hospitality, food & beverage and possess a desire to learn
• Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communications skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards
• Ability to endure abundant physical movement in various work areas
