Job DetailsJob Location: SAVANNAH, GA 31405Bilingual Finance Manager Location: Chatham Parkway, Savannah, GA Department: Finance Schedule: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Bilingual Finance Manager to join our dealership team at Chatham Parkway Toyota. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and responsible for assisting customers through the vehicle financing process while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an exceptional customer experience. This role works closely with sales staff, lenders, and customers to secure financing approvals, present protection products, and finalize vehicle purchase paperwork. The Bilingual Finance Manager must be highly organized, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities Assist customers with vehicle financing and lease options in both English and Spanish Review credit applications and submit deals to lending institutions Structure financing deals to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance Present finance and insurance products including warranties, GAP, maintenance plans, and protection packages Ensure all contracts, paperwork, and disclosures are completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth deal flow and customer satisfaction Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information Monitor funding and resolve any contract discrepancies promptly Provide outstanding customer service throughout the purchasing process Preferred Skills Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or Dealertrack Experience working with subprime and prime lenders Proven ability to meet finance performance goals Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Benefits Competitive pay structure Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Career growth opportunities Employee discounts Pay Compensation is based on experience and performance. QualificationsQualifications Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) required Minimum 2 years of automotive finance or dealership experience preferred Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending practices, and compliance regulations Ability to read and understand credit reports and lender approvals Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
