About the position

We are looking for candidates that are self-starters with a strong eagerness to learn and have a collaborative spirit, ready to support designers in delivering our high-end luxury products.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide effective assistance with presentations (sample boards, renderings, drawings) of aircraft design concepts incorporating customer requirements to achieve marketing objectives and to meet all FAA requirement.
  • Interface with interior design to develop effective presentations for aircraft refurbishments and/or completions.
  • Assist in coordinating all fabric material inquiries and reserves to check for availability for assigned aircraft
  • Organize, prepare, distribute and file materials and data to help establish and maintain effective communication and information systems within the design department.
  • Support completion design as required.
  • Knowledge of design principles, color science, textile, carpet, and leather techniques.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

 

Additional Functions

  • Time management, space planning, self-starter, ability to work without constant oversight.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of sample library

 

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of design principles, color science, textile, carpet and leather techniques.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 

Education Requirements

  • Currently seeking a bachelors or master’s degree in Interior Design in a full time capacity.
