We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials safely and efficiently across designated routes. 40hrs paid vacation time after a year.. This position requires a commitment to safety and excellent driving skills to operate dump trucks.
Duties
- Operate and drive dump trucks
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to various locations while adhering to scheduled routes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle inspections, and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes, delays, or issues encountered during transport.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries by maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Willingness to work ; Overtime at 40 hours. Weekends are not required, but are available. 40hrs paid vacation time after a year.Â
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a truck driver with a strong background in delivery driving or route driving.
- Must have held CDL for at least 2 years
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as per company policy.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving is essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 60 per week
