Job DetailsJob Location: RICHMOND HILL, GA 31324Position Type: Full TimeHorticulture and Floral Maintenance Technician The Ford Field and River Club is seeking a motivated and detail oriented individual to assist with the care, installation, and maintenance of ornamental flowers and landscaped areas throughout the property. This position plays an important role in enhancing the overall aesthetic experience for our members and guests by maintaining high quality seasonal color beds, containers, and landscape features. Key Responsibilities: Planting and maintaining seasonal flowers and ornamental plants Installing and refreshing flower beds and decorative containers Watering, fertilizing, pruning, weeding, and deadheading as needed Monitoring plant health and identifying pest or disease issues Assisting with landscape projects and special event floral displays Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of landscaped areas Helping in all other areas in Grounds department when needed QualificationsQualifications: Experience in horticulture, landscaping, greenhouse production, or related field preferred Knowledge of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and seasonal color programs Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high quality work Team oriented with a positive attitude Valid Drivers License
