Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay: $60,000–$70,000 annually

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a leading manufacturing facility. This direct-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong electrical or electronics background and hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will be committed to minimizing downtime, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting efficient production operations.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on manufacturing equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Diagnose equipment issues using electrical and mechanical schematics
Maintain and repair PLC-controlled and automated production equipment
Support robotics and automation systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime
Install, test, and maintain industrial electrical components and controls
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and perform corrective repairs
Document maintenance activities and completed repairs
Follow all safety policies and company procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong electrical and/or electronics background required
Experience troubleshooting industrial production equipment
Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, robotics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
