You will:
- Supervise inventory control and accuracy for the facility
- Lead a team of 4 to 5 Inventory Control Associates, provide staff development and training
- Maintain the physical inventory
- Improve controls
- Identify operational issues
- Consistently execute the cycle count program to ensure inventory and location accuracy
- Validate the accuracy of products transferred between facilities
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor adjustments in the warehouse management system
- Forecast potential inventory issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiencies
You have:
- 3+ years of direct inventory control experience, ideally in distribution operations
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience with warehouse equipment and warehouse management systems
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
