About the Role:
Enviro Professional Response is looking for an experienced and driven Lead Water Mitigation Technician to join our team in Savannah, GA. This is your opportunity to take the lead on critical restoration projects, guide a skilled crew, and make a real difference for property owners during some of their most stressful moments. Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee water mitigation projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring quality and efficiency

Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture mapping using industry-standard equipment

Set up and monitor dehumidifiers, air movers, and other drying equipment on job sites

Document job progress with photos, moisture readings, and detailed daily reports

Communicate professionally with property owners, adjusters, and project managers throughout the restoration process

Train, mentor, and supervise junior technicians on proper mitigation techniques and safety protocols

Identify and escalate potential mold, sewage, or structural concerns to project management

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on water mitigation or restoration experience preferred

IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Proficiency with drying equipment, moisture meters, and thermal imaging tools

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew on multiple job sites

Excellent communication and customer service skills in high-stress situations

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, crawling, and working in confined spaces

Availability for on-call and emergency response shifts, including nights and weekends
