Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Federal Holidays Paid)

Overview

AdeptHR is seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Spanish/English LTL Clerk to support daily warehouse operations in Savannah, GA. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and has a strong ability to coordinate freight, manage documentation, and communicate effectively across teams.

Important: Bilingual Spanish/English fluency is mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing). This requirement is non-negotiable for the client.

ResponsibilitiesShipment Coordination
  • Schedule LTL pickups and deliveries with carriers.
  • Prepare shipping documents such as Bills of Lading (BOL).
  • Track all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Data Entry & Documentation
  • Enter shipment information into warehouse or transportation systems.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
  • Generate reports for management as needed.
Communication
  • Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding shipment status.
Problem Resolution
  • Monitor shipments for delays, damage, or discrepancies.
  • Work with carriers to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required (speaking, reading, writing — non-negotiable).
  • Experience as a warehouse or LTL clerk preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems or shipping software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with documentation and shipment accuracy.
