Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide Preventative Maintenance
Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
Trash out, paint and punch.
Process Work Orders
Building Maintenance and Repairs.
Grounds Keeping including breezeways.
Assist Maintenance Supervisor with cleaning the pool. (No chemicals)
Completes other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Maintains a proper work schedule.

Skills: HVAC CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
