What you'll do

  • Stock, restock, and rotate minibar items in guest rooms according to established par levels and standards
  • Accurately record minibar consumption and ensure charges are posted correctly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage areas and carts
  • Inspect minibar equipment for proper function and report maintenance issues
  • Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and expiration standards
  • Follow inventory controls and assist with periodic counts and audits
  • Uphold guest privacy, security, and service standards while working in occupied rooms
  • Communicate shortages, discrepancies, or guest-related concerns to leadership

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with counts and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic math skills and comfort using POS or inventory systems
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and push a stocked cart
  • Professional demeanor and respect for guest privacy
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
