What You'll Do
🤝 Deliver Outstanding Client Support
Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process
Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom and phone
Answer questions with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
Help clients understand available supplemental benefit programs
📋 Provide Personalized Solutions
Identify each client's individual needs
Recommend benefit options that align with their goals
Support enrollment and policy servicing
🌟 Build Long-Term Relationships
Maintain ongoing communication with clients
Conduct policy reviews and provide continued support
Build trust through exceptional customer service
💻 Stay Organized & Compliant
Maintain accurate digital records
Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivation and accountability
Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfort using computers, Zoom, and web-based technology
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, education, healthcare, recruiting, financial services, or sales is helpful—but not required.

Minimum Requirements
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Windows-based computer with webcam
Professional workspace suitable for virtual meetings
