NFL FLAG - Game Day Representative

What you'll do

• Oversee NFL FLAG game day operations including set-up and break down league booth and fields, handle game situations involving coaches, players, parents and officials  
• Establish relationships with coaches and officials, and fill in as a coach or official as needed  
• Prepare official’s scorecards, sell mouth guards, and meet and greet customers at the field  
• Communicate with supervisor throughout week, attend weekly Game Day Rep meetings at night and submit Weekend League Review (scores, events of the day, etc.)  
• Communicate with supervisor throughout day via phone with internet access  
• Respectfully resolve conflicts and address concerns and questions from customers appropriately  
• Regularly attend coaches’ meetings, staff trainings, weekly meetings with supervisor 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)  
• Must be 18 years of age or older  
• Customer service-oriented personality  
• Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience  
• Enthusiastic approach and a passion for youth sports  

More about the role

• Work Schedule: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM on Sundays for the duration of the 8-10-week season  
• Compensation: Starting hourly rate: $18/hour. Eligible for an annual increase amount of $1/hour up to $25/hour
• Opportunity to return for following league season and earn seasonal pay increases with good performance  
• Training provided by RCX Sports, no prior sports industry experience required
