Quality Assurance Improvement
WHAT YOU WILL DO
•   Create campaign report approvals with information provided by QA Improvement Team.
•   Register campaigns in Global Warranty Management System (GWMS).
•   Collaborate with Improvement team, distributors, Mobis, suppliers, and HKMC on any campaign related matters before, during, and after the launch including OTA updates.
•   Regularly monitor for any safety issue with competitor as well as Hyundai/Kia vehicles and distribute EV related safety trend.
•   Coordinate with Improvement team and HKMC on any pending campaign responsibilities.
•   Coordinate with Improvement team, HKMC and Sales Division for corrective actions for safety related field claim issues and campaigns.
•   Maintain campaign master file and request closure/extension of campaigns running out of budget.
•   Execute and implement quality activities in compliance with company goals.
•   Maintain HMGMA Warranty Policy and Procedure manual and Warranty and Service agreements.
•   Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
•   Ensure compliance of regulations, policies, and procedures.
•   Meet all other requirements assigned as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or Business Administration or equivalent preferred
Preferred:
- 0-5 years of job related experience preferred
- 1–3 years job related experience in automotive industry desired

Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential for safety, communication, documentation, and collaboration across the organization.
Physical Demands
While in Office:
This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:
•   Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds)
•   Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
•   Ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed
When in Production Area (if applicable):
•   Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations
•   Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25–30 pounds)
•   Manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment
•   Working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
•   Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively
•   Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required
•   Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly
•   Consistent and punctual attendance
•   Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment
