SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance Specialist supports MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain (MNAe) by ensuring that products and manufacturing processes consistently meet established quality standards. This role is responsible for analyzing field issues and warranty data, conducting root cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions to reduce defects and improve overall product performance. The specialist collaborates closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to identify quality concerns, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations. This position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement and sustaining high-quality outcomes throughout the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
•Review and monitor field issues/warranty claims, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and to reduce defects
•Effectively produce analysis reports and presentations in a timely manner
•Manage and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, process flow charts, and quality control plans
•Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and address quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards
•Conduct audits of the company's quality control system and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and regulations
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure that quality issues are identified and resolved promptly
•Complies with and promotes safety in the workplace

Required Education & Experience:
•Bachelor's degree (B.S.)

•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for generating documents and reports
