Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Part-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00-12:00 or Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:00-5:30
- $25+ per hour (based on experience, certification year, and other credentials)
- Locations: Savannah and Richmond Hill, GAÂ

What You’ll Do
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy guided by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Track meaningful progress through daily data collection and notes
- Collaborate closely with your BCBA to ensure effective, data-driven care
- Support clients with behavior management and crisis intervention as needed
- Provide therapy in homes, schools, and clinic settings
What You Bring
- Active RBT certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience working with individuals in various setting
- Passion for helping individuals with autism thrive
- CPR not required at hire — we’ll help you get certified
