Farah & Farah is seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Litigation Attorney to serve as the leader of our Savannah, Georgia office. This role combines an active litigation practice with responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, developing and mentoring attorneys and staff, driving case strategy, and ensuring exceptional client service and case outcomes.


The ideal candidate is a seasoned personal injury litigator with strong leadership abilities, a proven track record of case results, and the ability to build, motivate, and manage a high-performing legal team while maintaining a personal caseload.

 

Key Responsibilities: 


  • The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Personal Injury case
  • Evaluation of the merits of Personal Injury case
  • Providing guidance and counsel to the clients through effective communication
  • Handling medical reviews and negotiating and settling of cases as necessary
  • Must have strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Firm understanding of Georgia Personal Injury law
  • Ability to handle a caseload and have effective leadership skills


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Active Georgia Bar License
  • 15+ years of Personal Injury Litigation Attorney experience
  • Possess leadership skills to build and manage legal team
  • Ability to interreact with clients during their time of need
  • Determination to get the best results for our clients and to win cases
  • Being bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
