Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Team Leadership: Supervises crew members, delegates tasks, and provides constructive feedback.
  • Operational Excellence: Opens/closes the restaurant, manages inventory, ensures proper food preparation, and maintains equipment.
  • Customer Experience: Resolves guest complaints, ensures fast service, and models positive, friendly behavior.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensures adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
  • Administrative Duties: Performs cash handling, reconciles registers, and assists with profit and loss (P&L) management. 


Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Key qualifications include prior experience in food service or retail management.
  • Candidates must also demonstrate flexibility to work weekends.
