What You Will Do
This is an entry-level administrative position supporting the control, organization, and release of technical data. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced office environment.

Important: This position is fully onsite in Savannah, GA, five days per week. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Candidates with Microsoft Office certifications and strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are especially encouraged to apply.

In this role, you will:
- Create, generate, process, and organize data packages and reports
- Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and legibility
- Support the preparation and distribution of technical data
- Research and help resolve data integrity issues with internal and external customers
- Assist with administrative support activities across the department
- Identify process improvements and help remove workflow roadblocks
- Maintain accurate records while handling confidential information appropriately
- Participate on team projects and process improvement initiatives as needed

What You Will Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous office administrative support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to efficiently manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
- Ability to type approximately 40-60 words per minute
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Ability to work onsite in Savannah, GA Monday through Friday

Education and Experience Requirements
Job Description
- Assists in the creation of data packages/reports and reviews data for legibility, accuracy and completeness to proper format and procedures.
- Utilizing an understanding of technical data, makes recommendations to ensure documentation/reports are prepared in accordance with approved procedures.
- Under direction, exercises creativity and initiative to remove system/process roadblocks to ensure completion of activities within established schedules.
- Works with internal and external customers to identify, research and resolve data integrity issues.
- Performs a wide range of administrative support duties as required, including preparation and distribution of technical data. .
- When required, participates on work teams to achieve department goals and improve processes. .
- Maintains a current and up-to-date knowledge of technical developments within the given function/discipline. .
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job, work is performed in an office environment mostly in a sitting position with infrequent lifting of 10-15 pounds.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and analytical skills to be able to solve process/system problems under general direction.
