Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring Valet Attendants in Savannah Georgia to provide safe, efficient parking services and exceptional customer service. As a Valet Attendant, you will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and help create a welcoming first and last impression for hotel and hospitality guests.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional valet service
- Assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval
- Answer guest questions and provide directions when needed
Â
Vehicle Handling
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections upon arrival
- Record parking locations on valet claim tickets
- Follow proper key handling and vehicle security procedures
Â
Safety & Compliance
- Follow company safety guidelines and operational procedures
- Maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping
- Report tips according to company policy

Teamwork & Professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area
- Support team members to ensure smooth operations
- Arrive on time, in uniform, and maintain professional appearance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
- Ability to pass a background check

Physical Requirements

This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), meaning employees in this role are is eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek at a rate of one and one-half times their regular hourly rate. All hourly rates will meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements for your specific work location.
