Job Overview

Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring Valet Attendants in Savannah Georgia to provide safe, efficient parking services and exceptional customer service. As a Valet Attendant, you will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and help create a welcoming first and last impression for hotel and hospitality guests.

 

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service, working outdoors, and fast-paced hospitality environments.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, professional valet service
  • Assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval
  • Answer guest questions and provide directions when needed

 

Vehicle Handling

  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections upon arrival
  • Record parking locations on valet claim tickets
  • Follow proper key handling and vehicle security procedures

 

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow company safety guidelines and operational procedures
  • Maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping
  • Report tips according to company policy

 

Teamwork & Professionalism

  • Maintain a clean and organized valet area
  • Support team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Arrive on time, in uniform, and maintain professional appearance

 

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
  • Ability to pass a background check

Employment with PMC is on an at-will basis, meaning either the employee or the employer may end the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable laws. A 120-day introductory period applies.
 


Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), meaning employees in this role are is eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek at a rate of one and one-half times their regular hourly rate. PMC adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local wage and overtime laws, ensuring that compensation complies with these legal standards. All hourly rates will meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements for your specific work location.
