Whether you enjoy preparing delicious food behind the scenes or interacting with guests at the register, we have an opportunity for you. We're looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to help create an outstanding experience for the thousands of guests who visit our market each weekend.

What You'll Do
As a Concessions Team Member, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent food and service to our guests. Duties may include:
Food Preparation & Kitchen Support
Prepare food using fryers, grills, stovetops, and other kitchen equipment
Cook food according to quality and temperature standards
Assemble menu items such as hot dogs, nachos, burritos, salads, beverages, and more
Stock food and condiment stations
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation requirements
Complete opening and closing duties
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, workstations, and guest areas
Cashier & Guest Service Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
Accurately take food and beverage orders
Process cash and card transactions
Answer questions about menu items and services
Resolve guest concerns professionally
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff
Maintain a clean and organized concession area
Other duties assigned
