We’re hiring experienced Tool & Die Makers (Class A & B) for a union manufacturing facility. This role is critical to production—building, repairing, and maintaining precision tooling used in manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

Build, repair, and maintain dies and tooling
Work with tight tolerances (.0005 precision)
Operate CNC and manual machines (milling, grinding, turning)
Perform die assembly, fitting, and troubleshooting
Diagnose tooling issues and make necessary adjustments
Maintain equipment and follow shop procedures

Class A handles complex tooling and may train others. Class B focuses on routine work.

What You Need

Class B: 3+ years experience
Class A: 4+ years experience
Strong machining and blueprint reading skills
Experience with CNC setup/programming is a plus
Must provide your own tools
