Williams Auto Group is hiring! We are looking for an energetic, passionate individual to join our team as an Appointment Coordinator. This position plays an important role within the dealership and is part of one of the volume sales leaders in the market.

Essential Duties

  • Download and follow up on all dealership manifest and opportunity lists

  • Answer all inbound profit center calls for service and parts

  • Make outbound prospecting calls inviting customers and prospects to the dealership

  • Complete CSI follow-up calls to ensure excellent customer experiences

  • Contact all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments

  • Advise customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns

  • Work the service drive contacting customers for test drive opportunities

  • Support dealership initiatives and assist with other tasks as assigned
