Field Support Manager

Dandy is looking for a Field Support Manager to support our New York store locations by stepping in where you’re needed most. As a Field Support Manager, you’ll travel between our New York locations, providing leadership support during management absences, vacations, staffing transitions, and new store initiatives. Your flexibility and leadership will help ensure every store continues to deliver the outstanding customer service Dandy is known for.

What You’ll Do

• Travel throughout Dandy’s New York locations to provide management support as needed.
• Step into Store Manager responsibilities during vacations, leaves, staffing shortages, or open positions.
• Lead day-to-day store operations, including supervising employees, scheduling, coaching, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Help recruit, interview, hire, and train new TEAM Members when assigned to a location.
• Foster a positive work environment by communicating with TEAM Members and supporting their development.
• Maintain company standards for food safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and store appearance.
• Resolve customer concerns while providing exceptional service.
• Support special projects, new store openings, and operational initiatives throughout the region.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail leadership experience preferred.
• Previous management experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to different store environments.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet applications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to travel throughout our New York market.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting 10–20 pounds.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent travel between store locations.
