Position: Leasing Consultant 

Compensation: $24.00/hour (paid bi-weekly)

   Generous Commissions: new moves-ins AND renewals (paid monthly)

   Sales volume bonus (paid monthly)

We're looking for a motivated Full Time Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team and help us connect people with their perfect homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and amenities.
  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents.
  • Process lease applications, conduct credit and background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections and key exchanges.
  • Assist with resident retention efforts, including lease renewals and community events.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident interactions.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in property management preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software OneSite and Real Page.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

 

Note: This position requires you to work weekends.
