 Project Manager Project Manager Page 1 of 3 November 2024 TITLE: Project Manager BUSINESS UNIT: REPORTS TO: President FLSA STATUS: Non Exempt LOCATION: Schaumburg, IL REVISION DATE: 11/11/24 SUMMARY CLOOS Robotic Welding is a sales, engineering and service subsidiary of a distinguished international robotic welding manufacturing company that is actively seeking highly skilled candidates to fill a Project Manager position with a strong background in manufacturing processes to lead and oversee complex welding automation projects. This role requires exceptional leadership and technical expertise to execute welding automation initiatives, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with the organizational goals while continuously looking for ways to improve processes to delight the customer experience with CLOOS Robotic Welding. Essential Functions: • Lead end-to-end robotic welding projects, including scope definition, planning, resource allocation, execution, and delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. • Manage multiple large-scale projects or programs simultaneously. Includes travel nationally and internationally as required by the project. • Collaborate with sales, operations, and service to drive continuous improvements so that all activities become inputs and improvements for future projects. • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards. • Create and maintain project schedules throughout the duration of the project for all stakeholders. • Manage stakeholder expectation and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. • Commercial review of contracts • Have an understanding of delivery incoterms • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency in the project processes.
