Bring positive energy every day while living and breathing the Merlin Values.
Create memorable guest interactions that keep the fun going all day long.
Welcome guests with a smile and help deliver an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Manage queues safely and efficiently to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.
️ Keep attraction areas clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
Complete opening and closing tasks to help the attraction run seamlessly.
✨ Jump in wherever needed to help create magical moments for every guest!

Qualifications & Experience

About You

6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
️ Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events! (Weekend availability either Saturday or Sunday required)
