Identifys new markets and generates new business opportunities: build relationships with potential customers, develop proposals and pitch presentations, work closely with marketing on lead generation, qualify leads before handing over to salesYour profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of Regional Business Development leadership experience in Canada with a demonstratable record of building commercial success.
- Previous experiences across North America is desirable
- Reasonable knowledge of management system standards, certification processes, and industry regulations.
- Proven skills in stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams is an advantage.
