Provide operations support to Admissions staff.Department: Admissions
Location: Grant Hall
Student Supervisor:Â Lisa Trefethen, Associate Director of Admissions Operations
Work Available: Daytime; Monday-Friday, Occasional Weekends
Rate of Pay: $9.70/hr
Number of Positions Available: 1
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist at reception desk, including answering telephones and greeting visitors
Assemble materials for mailings and events
Data entry
Special assignments may include: outreach to prospective students, assisting with annual department programs, social media
Qualifications for the Position:
Professional, energetic and friendly, especially when interacting with visitors
Detail oriented
Willingness to help with a variety of tasks
Location: Schenectady, NY
