Location: Olin Center 210
Supervisor: Ruth Cotter
Work Available: Daytime; Monday-Friday
Rate of Pay: $9.70/hr

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

• Greet visitors

• Answer office telephones

• Run on-campus errands (pick-up/delivery)

• Copying, scanning, filing, data entry and shredding

• Process application proposals and other application information

• Place calls to members of the incoming class

• Post advertising materials across campus

• Assist with other office work and projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Confidentiality is very important

• Excellent communication skills

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Previous office experience preferred

• Previous computer experience (including Microsoft Office Suite) required
