Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team! 

As the receptionist for our busy showroom, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls. You will also be assisting the designers with quotes, scheduling, paperwork and filing. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. 


Responsibilities 
  • Greet guests as they arrive
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their visit
  • Process quotes, paperwork and complete filing as needed
  • Monitor CRM program daily to track order progress
  • Create and post social media content
  • Remove discontinued samples/Put out new samples

Qualifications
  • Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
  • One or more years of design experience is preferred
  • Previous experience in an office-based setting is required
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with Spruce software, and Monday.com are a plus
