About the Role:

Join Tower Auto Sales as an Automotive Title Clerk, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth vehicle transactions. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to our customer-first approach. You will be provided with your own office space.

Responsibilities:

Process vehicle titles and registrations efficiently and accurately.
Manage and organize title files and records for easy access.
Handle discrepancies and resolve title-related issues promptly.
Taking and uploading pictures on website of vehicles.
Bill Deliveries in a timely matter.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of DMV/Title processing (in-state and out of state).
Proficiency with Dealer Center is a plus.
Knowledge about Verifi.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of automotive title laws and regulations is a plus.
Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment.
Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
