Requirements

Security will be directly responsible for overseeing the safety of the independent Living Community.   

•  Friday and Saturday 11:30p-7:30a  
• Additional $2.50 an hour for weekend differential 
• Greet All Visitors, check in overnight guests, answer the telephone, and provide information as requested. 
• Sort and deliver packages and/or internal mail 
• Respond to all emergencies and record an incident report.
• Communicate and document any necessary information as needed for oncoming shift. 
• Complete minor maintenance requests or input requests into computer
• Hourly Building Rounds, including clearing snow from main door entryways.

  Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, or customer service is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.

• Physical ability to walk, do stairs and perform light lifting.

• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to providing excellent service to residents.
