Residential Service Plumber

 About the Position:

 

We’re seeking licensed plumbing technicians with impeccable customer service, strong troubleshooting skills on existing residential homes, with experience discussing and offering options to the customer’s satisfaction, and performing work in a professional manner. Average techs have the potential to earn around $70-90K per year while TOP techs earn $100K or more. We're looking for plumbers seeking to build a career at a company to call home while working with an employer that truly cares for their employees and wants to provide solid careers and room for advancement.

 

*This position has working conditions that expose you to various weather conditions and require you to work outside normal working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Licensed residential plumber

3-5 years of existing residential service, maintenance, repair experience

Excellent customer service skills (able to discuss customer plumbing problems, educate customers, discuss options for repair or replacement)

Must have clean and current driver’s license

Must pass national background check and drug test

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

Licensed Journeyman or Tradesman Plumbers with  5+  years residential service experience

Outstanding communicators who are comfortable working directly with clients

Professional, well-groomed appearance who show the same pride in their appearance as they do in their work

People who understand that if we put service first, success will follow

Self-motivated to achieve goals set forth

Must have clean and current drivers license

Must pass national background check and drug test
