Job DetailsJob Location: San Antonio - San Antonio, TX 78154Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 Salary/yearJob Shift: Day Job Summary: Responsible for performing all custom cabinet service-related work including repairs and replacements, while representing the company in a professional manner and maintaining customer satisfaction.   Duties and Responsibilities: Using personal judgment and excellent craftsmanship, repair any defective and/or incorrect products. Replace only if creative repair is impossible. Inspect and critique installer work to ensure quality work. Approve installer bonus if work is complete. Report less than satisfactory work. Pad, peg, and adjust cabinets. Perform detailed artistry and touch up on cabinets using wax sticks, paints, crayons, wood burning tools, etc. Maintain paperwork to established guidelines. Maintain due date performance as defined by supervisor in order to meet all closings. Provide order for necessary material and parts. Identify areas of improvement and offer solutions, as well as implement changes to correct these areas (QR's). Work with other departments (i.e., sales and installation) to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction. Ensure the maximum throughput of products by minimizing costs and improving processes and product flow. Professional representation to the builder and/or customer. Must be timely for all scheduled appointments.  Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have ability to use tape measure and all necessary hand, power, and air tools. Must have expert quality and craftsmanship carpentry skills with the ability to customize repairs. Must have automobile, personal insurance, and current driver’s license to drive to various customer locations. Must have your own necessary tools. Must have good independent judgement skills and apply accordingly. Excellent customer relation skills and effective communication.  Essential Functions of the Job: Must have corrected vision to: i. travel to and from customer locations in order to make service visits. ii. complete forms and other necessary paperwork. iii. be aware of surroundings and location of items needed. iv. perform various job duties. Must have corrected hearing to listen to: i. needs of customers in person and over the telephone. ii. needs and advice from supervisor and co-workers. iii. the environment to be aware of surroundings. Must be capable of communicating effectively with management, coworkers, and customers, both over the phone and in person. Stand and walk several hours or more per day. Lifts and carries heavy objects. Bends, stretches, reaches and twists while performing duties of the job. Frequently uses fingers to operate tools, grasp and use writing implements and papers, use tape measure and perform other job duties. Must be mentally alert and capable of remembering faces, names, oral instructions and details. Must be alert and able to identify a hazard, should one occur in order to avoid it, by correcting immediately or reporting immediately as necessary.   II.
