Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor/Specialist
**Key Responsibilities:** (We will assign different supervisors to oversee various tasks, with on-the-job training provided through a rotational approach)
路 Supervise operations of DSPs(Delivery Service Provider), ensuring compliance with company standards.
路 Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
路 Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
路 Oversee third-party warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.
路 Coordinate local warehouse deliveries and pick up
路 Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
路 Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.
路 Design training to improve service quality.
路 Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
路 Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
路 Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
路 Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
路 Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
路 Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Pay range:
Specialist: 20-25/hour
Supervisor: 55K+
