Travel Team Warehouse Selector / Reach Truck Operator

Position Overview

Capstone Logistics is seeking experienced Warehouse Selectors and Reach Truck Operators to join our Travel Team. This role supports warehouse start-ups and operational needs across the country. Candidates must be flexible, safety-focused, and ready to deploy quickly. Qualified candidates may receive on-the-spot offers following successful interviews and skills validation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform order selection in a fast-paced grocery warehouse environment
Operate powered industrial equipment including EPJ, forklifts, clampers, and reach trucks
Utilize warehouse technology such as Vocollect, Voxware, and RF scanners
Safely move, stack, and transport product throughout the facility
Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards
Support start-up and ongoing warehouse operations as needed
Perform additional job duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of warehouse selector experience in a grocery distribution environment
Proven experience operating powered equipment (EPJ, forklifts, reach trucks, clampers)
Proficiency with voice and RF picking systems (Vocollect, Voxware, RF scanners)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, reaching, and movement
Strong commitment to safety-first practices
Willingness to travel for 8+ weeks at a time
Ability to deploy within 1–2 weeks of offer acceptance

Compensation & Benefits

Up to $1,500 per week, based on experience and role
$50/day per diem while traveling
