This skilled nursing facility is seeking a qualified and proficient Physical Therapist to come aboard, *FULL-TIME*. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries, ensuring they regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. ***Truly Flexible Schedules*** Therapist can choose their working hours *Productivity 85% for therapists*  Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations through assessments. Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals. Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility and strength. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home care strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress. Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience in orthopedics or acute care settings is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
