What You'll Be Doing
Perform general clean-up and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment
Assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed
Support plant operations by following safety and operational procedures
Conduct routine inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment
Willingness to learn and operate heavy equipment and tools
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work area
Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and shifts as needed
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Must meet all company safety and compliance requirements
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
