General Purpose
Perform a variety of senior-level clerical and operational duties in the warehouse. This may include coordination of inbound/outbound shipments, performing inventories, and maintaining accurate records both written and electronic in support of day-to-day operations. Serve as a resource to others inside and outside of the warehouse and perform assignments determined necessary by the team or management to ensure team success.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide regular communication with key plant or location personnel related to outbound and inbound shipments
- Perform month-end inventories of product in a timely manner with reconciliation of inventories
- Ensure all product is shipped to outside warehouses in a timely manner and BOL are sent to customers
- Ensure inventory of cooler is reconciled at the end of each month
- Make entries in appropriate computer system(s)
- Ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) is being maintained
- Unload trucks as needed using Powered Industrial Trucks
- Communicate as required with truck drivers, customers, vendors and suppliers in a professional manner
- Function as an engaged employee and contribute to the site’s continuous improvement efforts
- Follow all DFA GMP’s and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements

Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years warehouse or related experience
- Certification and/or License – must have or be able to obtain forklift certification
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems
- Able to respond courteously and efficiently to inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Able to work with accuracy and detail oriented
- Able to follow directions and meet deadlines
- Able to problem solve, multi-task and prioritize own work activities
- Able to perform tasks and duties without constant supervision
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
