Receptionist/Salon Coordinator

The Position: We are looking to add another Receptionist to our team. The pay range is $14- $16/hour.

• Strong communication skills
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Comfortable multi-tasking is a fast-paced environment
• Customer Service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Strong focus on customer service
• Tracking and achieving goals
• Build professional relationships with clientele and staff
• Answering phone/make outbound calls
• Schedule appointments
• Checking clients in/out
• Assist clients with retail/product purchases
• Inventory Management
