Apprentice Electrician (Commercial)

Montgomery County, PA

Hourly Rate:  $21.00 - $25.00

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision of a journeyman electrician in a commercial setting
  
• Help install new wiring, install lighting, replacing parts in a construction setting using MC cable, run conduit and wire/terminate devises is a plus
  
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues and equipment
  

Requirements

• Adhere to all safety codes, protocols and regulations
  
• Must have 2-3 years working in the electrical field in commercial settings
  
• Must have attended electrical schooling
  
• Commercial electrical experience required
  
• Must be able to manage the completion of individual electrical tasks given
  
• Able to read blueprints, rough in MC cabling, run conduit, and wire/terminate devices is a plus
  
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
• Must be comfortable working with heights
  
• ​Must be able to lift heavy objects
  
• Must possess a positive attitude, and have strong communication skills
