Experience or interest in working with children is a welcome bonus, as we support individuals across the lifespan.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide evidence-based assessment and intervention for adults with neurological and cognitive-communication needs
  • Support functional, meaningful outcomes that improve daily life participation
  • Collaborate with OT, PT, mental health clinicians, and other team members to deliver coordinated care
  • Engage in caregiver education, team communication, and holistic treatment planning
  • Complete documentation that reflects client progress, clinical reasoning, and insurance requirements
  • Contribute to program development, team learning, and a supportive, positive culture

What We Offer

  • A supportive and values-based work culture
  • Competitive pay and benefits
  • Opportunities for continuing education and professional development
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration and mentorship
  • A workplace that prioritizes compassion, joy, and meaningful impact
  • A chance to grow within a team that genuinely values your contributions

If you love helping people rebuild, reconnect, and move forward with confidence, and want to do that alongside a truly exceptional group of humans, we would be excited to meet you.
