What does a Service Advisor do?

As a Full-Time Service Advisor at Fox Ann Arbor Hyundai, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, scheduling service appointments and greeting them with a friendly, professional demeanor. Your role will involve gathering crucial vehicle and customer information before their arrival, ensuring a seamless experience. You’ll accurately document vehicle issues on repair orders, inspect vehicles, and recommend necessary services based on service history.

Additionally, you will provide clear, written cost estimates for parts and labor, check on repair progress, and communicate any changes or updates to customers in a detailed manner. You will ensure all work is completed satisfactorily, confirm authorized repairs, and address all customer inquiries regarding charges and completed services. This position may also include various other responsibilities as assigned, allowing for a varied and engaging workday.
