Warehouse Operations Specialist – Haley Mechanical

Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional weekends as needed

About the Role:

Haley Mechanical is seeking a motivated, reliable, and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to support our growing home services operation. This role is critical to keeping our technicians supplied, organized, and ready to serve customers. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience, ideally within a home services or trades-based company, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of equipment, tools, and materials to field technicians
• Coordinate with vendors to locate, order, and secure necessary parts
• Complete parts and equipment runs to job sites as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Assist with general warehouse operations and support technicians as required

What You Bring:

• Warehouse experience required
• Warehouse experience within a home services or trades company (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.) highly preferred
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed
