Customer Service Representative

Job Duties: 

Oversees Clerical Tasks. Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Welcoming Visitors to our facility
• Answering phone calls and making outgoing update calls
• Creating/ organizing repair orders for incoming appointments
• Scheduling customers for appointments 

We are looking for a team member who is dependable and punctual. This is a 40 hours a week/ full time position. No degree needed but customer service experience is required. Need to have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation. Another requirement is the ability to multitask and have good communicative skills and self-advocacy.
