Industrial Painter

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Painters for projects located in or around Merrill, WI. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Painter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:   

• Prepare parts for painting by cleaning, wiping down, and inspecting surfaces
• Select and apply the correct paint coatings for each job
• Verify proper paint coverage and mil thickness requirements
• Perform touch-up painting and quality control checks
• Move materials manually or with a hoist or crane
• Mark, palletized, stack, and organize painted materials
• Perform daily maintenance and inspections on painting equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Must have previous industrial painting experience
• Must have experience using Bulldog airless sprayers
